We've been living here for nearly six years. We love our apartment but the property has increasingly deteriorated year after year. Now we're having problems with break-ins inside the gated garage. No increased security, it's dirty and yet the rents go up!
Good location, decent apartment and facilities. Has a major structural problem with thin floors which I wasn’t told about before I moved in. Can hear upstairs neighbors moving about, downstairs neighbor bangs on ceiling almost every time I do normal things like walk and practice yoga. The property managers take up every complaint from the neighbor, harass me for no fault of mine (other than using living space normally) and yet do nothing when I complain about noise. If there was a ten star I would give it that. I will be recommending this place to everyone . The Havens Apartments and surroundings are beautiful, the people working in the leasing office are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they aim to please as well as are able to answer all of your questions you may have. If you’re a renter ... it’s a beautiful place to live.
The fire alarm low battery alert has been beeping loudly every 30 seconds for three weeks. The management has been apathetic and has not taken measures to proactively fix them. The apartment building is unlivable at this time.
