Katrina came out and took care of the issue in my apartment. She was timely, professional and helpful. If Katrina is on a work order, I know it will actually get done.
Overall a good, nice location with an attentive front office staff! Speaking of staff a very special shoutout to Tommy! He was super professional, skilled, reliable, and resolved the in unit issues in a day, much appreciated!!!
Caressa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her even if you’re just touring.
Don’t move here. Lived in a one bedroom and it was fine till a loud horrible neighbor moved in above me. Nothing was done about this. Decide to give them another shot by moving to top floor and now it’s even worse. Now it’s multiple units of Extremely loud neighbors. Blasting music at all hours of the day and night. Yelling and screaming! And again nothing is being done. If you are a person that takes care of your place and wants peace and quite don’t move here. Expensive but definitely worth the price. Quick maintenance, nice amenities and location.
