We were never told that our oceanfront room that we paid extra for. Got stuck in the elevator as well. No pool or pool bar as advertised
It’s the small things that added up for us. We paid resort fees yet there weren’t any accommodations when asked. Coffee was never provided. No “do not disturb sign” and house keeping busted in our room without any notice. The safety lock on our door was broken.
Missy was helpful with our reservations over the phone and Ben at the front counter was very accommodating to our last minute needs and answered our questions. The rooms were comfortable and the price was a great value. Would stay again!
I do not usually leave bad reviews for companies, but I felt compelled to warn anyone thinking of staying here. This weekend (July 2025) I decided to celebrate my birthday with a beach weekend at the hotel with my family. We splurged and got a family suite.
