Romms cleaned every 3 days, unless ask. Won't mop unless asked. Floors were very dirty, feet dirty walking from bath to couch. The rest ok, toilet had hair behind lid , not clean in my eyes. The rest is great. Tiny coffee , 1 cup . We brought our own big one and our coffee. The people fantastic, the room awesome.

Imagine deciding to stay in town for your 25th wedding anniversary and booking a room for $594.59 for 2 nights, plus $35.84 in additional resort fees, just to encounter an absolutely horrific destination. We were locked out of our room due to a faulty lock, windows were tapped off with black plastic like a horror film, the door to beach access was blocked by cones, not a service person in sight by the pool, the water shower to remove sand was not working, and there was construction off the balcony on the 16th floor. Very nice place and location. Friendly and attentive staff.
Used to be one of our favorites. Platinum member and ended up checking out early. Restaurant, pool bar and gym all closed for renovations. It took a year to get the balconies opened after they were condemned. Too much renovation and guests aren't informed prior to check in. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't go below 50°, so we threw all of our food away. Door wouldn't close all the way and lock. The interim bar and food is useless.
