This was by far the most disappointing stay and we will never return to this hotel regardless of the renovation. Booking this you would have no idea unless you scroll past where you enter the guest information and credit card information to book, that your balconies will be closed, there is no pool and there is no beach access. You have to go around the hotel to public access, and then you will have no showers to wash all of the sand off of you. Booked thru Expedia for ocean front. Have to walk down a road to get to beach. After booking we get an email no pool access and no balcony access. Still charging premium prices. So many better options. Room was musty like it had been closed for a while. Hotel under renovations. Entrance bland and dirty.
Come to this hotel all the time, drove 3 hours to get here and they say the pool is closed and the balconies are literally NAILED SHUT. They did not disclose this information when we booked, we had to find out when we came to check in. Had we known this, we would have booked a different hotel. The balconies and the pool are the ONLY reason we come here. Will no longer be coming to this hotel.
It's gonna be in renovation until June 2025, so the rooms balconies and the pool are not available
