If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would. I booked it for my brother and niece for vacation and regretted it the moment they checked in. They will not do anything to make it right because I booked it through Expedia, I won't make that mistake again. I was not advised that the pool was not working, no beach access and you could not use your balcony until they got there to check in due to construction. The whole reason I choose this hotel in the first place, picture perfect online. I am very disappointed, what a rip off.... read more
I wish they had room service. They did at one point and I really did enjoy that option.
READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! The accommodations were nice, and the staff was pleasant—but the experience overall was disappointing due to lack of transparency. Nowhere during booking did it mention that the entire property is under construction: balconies closed, bars and pool inaccessible, and even limited beach access. After driving three hours, we arrived only to be told our balcony—one of the main reasons we booked a corner suite—was completely unusable.
