We have a 1 year old son who can’t sleep, because there’s a live band playing at the pool. We are on the highest floor (14th) and the music is still incredibly loud. The front office told us the band plays until 2am. It’s 11:30pm and our son is still up. It’s absurd that management never informed us about a live band that plays until 2am. This a hotel; not a nightclub. Oh, and this is the 2nd room we’ve been moved to here. The first room was only accessible by stairs (is that even legal?) That isn’t feasible with a stroller.... read more
