The A/c barely worked in both our rooms it pretty run down. Homeless people were everywhere
I've read reviews like this before and thought "no way that happened" but now I've experienced it. My originally assigned room had a pile of sheets sitting on a chair next to a stripped bed. I was then moved to a room that was not the bed or room type I had booked (two full sized beds and a basic room when I had booked a king executive). The room smelled terribly of smoke, and the smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling and wrapped in a plastic bag. How did housekeeping not note this and have it taken care of?
