Greg, the radiology tech at Hillcrest Hospital, was amazing! He was so polite and caring with my daughter, taking the time to explain each step of the imaging process and making sure she felt comfortable the whole time. His hospitality and professionalism really stood out. Thank you, Greg!
28 minutes on rot, waiting for scheduling to even pick up the phone and nobody did. Outrageous.
I have been to Prisma Hillcrest in Simpsonville for 2 separate radiology procedures. An ultrasound and a Fluoroscopy Esophagram. I saw two different radiologists, they were both pleasant, they took the time to ask me questions, explain the procedures and made sure all my questions were answered. They are processional and very compassionate. I highly recommend them.
Absolutly ridiculous wait times. Did not tell me children could not come and then had me wait forever on purpose to "punish me" for being late after finding someone to come watch my kids in the car. Everyone is very rude.
