I had to get an x-ray, I made an appointment for 7:10 am. When I got there, there were others who didn’t have an appointment who were seen before me. I ended up being seen at 7:46am. It’s so disrespectful to give someone an appointment and not have them served within the time frame they were given the appointment. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Always make you feel comfortable and you never have to wait. Excellent care.
Stay away from this place! I pay $800 a month out of pocket for commercial insurance. When scheduling my appointment for a scan I asked them to run my insurance & provide me with the cost of the scan. I was told they would run a test claim the day prior to my appointment. I called the day prior & was told they ran a test claim & my portion was $0. A month later I receive a bill for $607 & that is after running it through my insurance. I have been trying to reach the scheduling department for a week. I finally spoke with someone yesterday and they recommended me to call back tomorrow (today). NO ANSWER.I have orders sent to you already and I need an appointment for a scan. If you can't handle to schedule a repeat patient, please, take your info off the specialist lists to send orders to. I would love to have an appointment made, but your actions aren't looking like you need the business
The billing department at radiology regional is incompetent in do their job correctly. They billed an old 🆔 # for my insurance and I got a bill in the amount of $609.09!!! When I called my insurance company they told me the 🆔 # was for my old insurance card but radiology Reginal keeps insisting that they have my new 🆔 #. 🥵🥵🥵🥵🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
