Predatory billing practices. Never received a bill from them and now they are threatening to send a bill to collections I never even knew I had. HORRIBLE
Absolutely useless. Got a text message trying to collect payment but haven’t had any services. Called and all she could tell me was that I had to wait for the paper bill or click the link sent. She was no help at all.
Don't even bother to call.
Horrible predatory billing practices.
