Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Are you going to visit this provider again? They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They didn't fax my exays to my referring physian. I have spoken to 3 physcians now that plan to quit us... read more
