The practice of not sending a bill, but instead outsourcing to Holloway Credit Solutions to act as their entire billing department continues. Highly unethical.
In 2024 they continue with this strange practice of NOT sending the invoice and sending it to Holloway Credit Solutions, it is incredible! I did not go to Radiology Group for any services, I went to Jackson Hospital and they are associated (I requested an itemized bill from the hospital and paid) that Radiology Group service was not specified but now I receive a letter from Collection. Amazing that interventional Radiologist can do what they do .They were able to remove lots of blood clots from my lungs !
I agree with the two other reviews. Date of service was 9/6/22, they submitted bill to my insurance which paid all but $29.36. I never knew there was a balance until I received a bill from Holloway Credit debt collector dated 7/13/23. I think they are using Holloway to handle getting all payments instead of billing for themselves.
