I’ve tried multiple times to contact the billing company for Radiology Group of Paducah to no success. They have not returned my calls. They sent a bill for my father’s CT Scan over a year after the scan. We paid the $270 copay. The check has cleared our bank and I just received another bill for the same service. It would be nice or just good business to have a person to speak with to find out to what anccount our $270 payment was posted.

You would think that if someone wanted to get paid that they would make it easier to do. I've spent a week trying to get 2 bills paid. Might have just got one paid, not real sure because we were cut off and no one has called me back. This is the 2nd time this has happened today.

I have now spent over an hour trying to pay my bill. I’m not incompetent at this. I have scanned the UPC. I have gone to the website, I have tried to pay by phone. I have now been on hold for 37 minutes waiting for someone who can take my payment. If I have any option to never use Paducah radiology again trust me I will use it. Zero stars. Any business that makes it this difficult to give them your money should be out of business.

A very poorly run practice with a complete lack of communication. Enjoy never speaking to an actual person and getting stuck in automated phone hell. Don't bother leaving a message, your call will never be returned. This fly -by -night practice doesn't even have a functioning website.
