I have now spent over an hour trying to pay my bill. I’m not incompetent at this. I have scanned the UPC. I have gone to the website, I have tried to pay by phone. I have now been on hold for 37 minutes waiting for someone who can take my payment. If I have any option to never use Paducah radiology again trust me I will use it. Zero stars. Any business that makes it this difficult to give them your money should be out of business.
A very poorly run practice with a complete lack of communication. Enjoy never speaking to an actual person and getting stuck in automated phone hell. Don't bother leaving a message, your call will never be returned. This fly -by -night practice doesn't even have a functioning website.
Doctors are good, billing company is HORRIBLE!!!! Was on the phone over 10 mins trying to figure out my bill, because the online system was not matching what I had on paper, only to get disconnected!! Called back and tried to go through the automated system to pay and again, wrong amount!
Can't get 800# to work, due to over a month of technical difficulties. Can't find my account number on line either.... How do I pay a bill???
