i left work early to be at my appt on time only to still be waiting 30mins past my appt time. Does DCH own this place or what????? appt was at 4.30. didnt get called back for my MRI until 5.45. this place is a giant joke.

Two months ago I had to go to the Radiology Clinic for my yearly mammogram and the receptionist Hannah was a Devine. She was so kind hearted and her personality was amazing. Today 11/18/20 I had to go have an ultrasound DVT and my technician Kylie was so wonderful. She made feel relaxed and she was so encouraging. Thank you Radiology Clinic for having some outstanding employees.
The staff was professional and courteous. They respect their patient's time.The facility is following the DPH's recommendations for COVID19 precautions and the waiting and procedure areas are clean and accommodating. I was informed every step of the way of what was going to happen and made to feel I was their #1 priority while I was in their care.
this is the best place to go they are so kind and considerate just as nice as they can be recommend this place to anyone

I have used The Radiology Clinic numerous times in the past and they were absolutely wonderful. I've never had ANY issues, until today. I was going in to have a CT Scan due to severe dizziness. After sitting in the waiting area for over an hour (I've never waited this long before), my dizziness was getting to me as was the gosh awful headache. I felt like I was suffocating. I wasn't sure if it was an anxiety attack or just stress from the dizziness and headache. The little pregnant tech that was preforming my scan was not th... read more
Shorten a patients 1 hour in that casket feeling thing & give your patient a break in between. Play Christian Contemporary music inside the MRI.
