I have used The Radiology Clinic numerous times in the past and they were absolutely wonderful. I've never had ANY issues, until today. I was going in to have a CT Scan due to severe dizziness. After sitting in the waiting area for over an hour (I've never waited this long before), my dizziness was getting to me as was the gosh awful headache. I felt like I was suffocating. Shorten a patients 1 hour in that casket feeling thing & give your patient a break in between. Play Christian Contemporary music inside the MRI.

It was very Pleasant , everyone was very nice .
They are not very understanding when it comes to billing people. I was seen there in March and was making small payments on my balance when I could and they sent me to collections during this pandemic. I had even called in May to let them know that my husband had been laid off during this time and the lady told me that didn't mean that their bills stop coming just because my husband had been laid off. They should be ashamed sending people to collections during this health crisis.
I had to visit The Radiology Clinic today, during this coronavirus mess, and the staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered was friendly, carried on conversations with me and made me feel comfortable. The waiting room was spaced out for social distancing and health precautions were in place. I highly recommend this office, and pray Gods blessing and safety over them.
