Scammers. They're trying to bill me for over $500 for tests that should have been covered 100% by my insurance. I encourage everyone who has been screwed over by this company to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
I received a letter from a debt collector that I owe them money. Never did I receive a bill or call or anything from them stating I owe money. Had no idea I even owed them. So call them. Very rude customer service. They can't do anything on their end. And I owe that money. I asked did it even go through my insurance. No, it didn't. And it's past the time to file a claim and now I owe all of this bill I had no idea I even had.
I had radiology services through the hospital in Fairfax, MO. I receive their statements just fine, but never received a statement or phone call from Radiology Associates. I called their office today since I received a letter from Credit Management Services for $30.98. I was told the billing was so bad they had to hire another company and are on their second company. These places need to find employees that are willing to send out paper statements, and do phone calls to avoid being sent to collections.
It was in network and paid by insurance and they keep billing me and saying I owe a co-pay. Reported for fraud to insurance, tried to call in and they hung up on me and chat was useless. Offices that use this place to bill patients are doing a massive disservice to their patients as id rather go anywhere that doesn't bill through here.
They lost my payment. I made a payment and it showed online that I had a balance of zero. Called them because they said I had a new balance of $4 more, now it says I never made a payment and my bill is back to higher than the original amount, I told them I had made a payment and now I have to jump through hoops of proving it. How do you just lose hundreds of dollars?
