The communication I received was unacceptable. A medically necessary procedure was incorrectly coded as elective and submitted to my insurance, leading to a denied claim with no appeals process. I was unjustly made to feel at fault for advocating for my own health and was demeaned for attempting to communicate. The practice deflected blame to my insurance, yet my insurance provider clarified that the incorrect coding was the reason for the denial, leaving me without a solution. Got a referral from the free clinic to get a biopsy done. They knew I was from the free clinic yet They continuously sent me a bill even though I forwarded it to the free clinic and the free clinic paid it. They still put me in debt collection even though the bill was paid and I was never responsible for the bill in the first place. What a horrible horrible place

After our insurance paid the negotiated amount, this radiologist office sent the bill to a debt collection. We have called numerous times to explain. It is fraud at its worst!

The billing department is a mess, and basically non existent.
