I received a bill from Radiology Associates of Murray for a procedure a hospital clinic ordered. The clinic got paid but apparently you didn’t. You say because you didn’t have the VA authorization #. The clinic had is and said they sent it to you. I called the number on my bill and your agents are nice but not trained well. I contacted the Hospital and even went to the Administrator’s office today. I haven’t talked to him yet but asked that he call me.
