Hours are wrong on website and google maps. Arrived on Saturday at 10am only to have no one answer the door or phone.
RAH in Bloomfield refuses to answer the phone or return phone calls for medical records or appointments. This has been going on for a year. I would not recommend them to anyone. It is not worth the stress and frustration. It’s always an excuse that they are so busy. Hiring additional people that will answer the phone would be recommended.
My wife went for a CT Scan today in the Avon location. They were half hour behind , which in itself isn't a huge deal. But her tech was rude and short. When she asked for a copy of the CD the tech states it's for physicians only , which isn't the case as the front desk person said to ask the tech for a copy. Little does he know my wife is a physician and was didn't care for his attitude and is going to report it. The staff said it would take ten minutes or so to burn the CD . The young lady that did the check in was very friendly with a very friendly smile and the staff was also friendly and patience with the clients and very informative with questions and information. Very comfortable with my visit
