My wife went for a CT Scan today in the Avon location. They were half hour behind , which in itself isn't a huge deal. But her tech was rude and short. When she asked for a copy of the CD the tech states it's for physicians only , which isn't the case as the front desk person said to ask the tech for a copy. Little does he know my wife is a physician and was didn't care for his attitude and is going to report it. The staff said it would take ten minutes or so to burn the CD . The young lady that did the check in was very friendly with a very friendly smile and the staff was also friendly and patience with the clients and very informative with questions and information. Very comfortable with my visit
Make no sense for.you to.check in on the phone the day before been in the location since 9:10 is 10 :27 and still here, everyone that came in after me for gray is long gone, still here
