The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Tanya and Tasha were very sweet and competent. I had my MRI done with them, and it was great.
Terrible customer service at this location. I usually go to an affiliate location for my routine exams and have a smooth process from start to finish. I choose this location cause they were able to accommodate 3 of my test at the same time with consecutive appointments. Big mistake. Should If waited for a later date at my normal Location. I left with just two of my three orders done. Had two appointment scheduled back to back. Hours are wrong on website and google maps. Arrived on Saturday at 10am only to have no one answer the door or phone.
RAH in Bloomfield refuses to answer the phone or return phone calls for medical records or appointments. This has been going on for a year. I would not recommend them to anyone. It is not worth the stress and frustration. It’s always an excuse that they are so busy. Hiring additional people that will answer the phone would be recommended.
