Great doctors but the accounting, billing and accounts receivable employees are completely incompetent.
Just checked my credit score this morning and I have a collections account from here. Funny thing is I never received a bill. Took a hit of 25 points. Somebody here isn't doing their job it seems.
I WAS a long-term customer, satisfied with their professional services. But will not be using their services again due to terrible business practices. Billing is totally imaginary. If your doctor uses them, you need to discuss what other alternatives are available for your radiological needs.
Get a ding to my credit report about owing a balance and I never received a bill to begin with.
I got billed years later after my pregnancy for $40 and never saw a bill ever... And it's just showing on my report. I had full coverage Medicaid which paid for everything
