Great staff very helpful reception
So far I’ve been waiting several weeks, the doctor says radiology will get back to me, but they haven’t. Very frustrated. They haven’t gotten back to my husband either.
Got a missed call from these guys this morning at 8:49am. I Have proceeded to call them six times in a hour without them picking up once.. very unprofessional
WAIT & WAIT & WAIT SOME MORE WHEN IT COMES TO AN X-RAY min 30 minutes
I was disappointed with my experience today. The staff were professional, but I was expecting to receive ultrasound pictures and was not provided with any. As an expecting parent, those images are very meaningful, and I would have appreciated clearer communication about whether pictures would be available. The appointment itself was completed, but I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with the overall experience.
