Been trying for hours to get through and nobody picks up. Ever since an update was done trying to get through is next to impossible.
Well, if you have 30 minutes to waste on the phone while you’re trying to arrange for an appointment, knock yourself out. Phone these guys. Probably learned the customer service from Telus or Shaw/Rogers ;-)
