I visited Radiologist Associates for my ultrasound for the first time and had an excellent experience with SYDNEY. She was very polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. SYDNEY carefully listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and properly diagnosed me. I truly appreciate her patience and caring attitude. Highly recommended!
New to Lethbridge, I found the staff rude and will NOT be returning. My cortisone injection did NOT work at all and was told to have my doctor redo it!!
How rude! From the doctors all the way to the nurses and receptionists. Literally everything wrong with our health care today. Ignorant receptionists, all the way to uncaring doctors. My husband is a cripple who needs the injections to walk. Not only did they try to cancel his VERY important appointment LAST second, they were belligerent and rude. Not sure where you get your staff, but they are NOT nice people. We will be taking ourselves to Calgary for injections. Shame on you!
