Sarah at the front desk of the radiology department was extremely rude. I had a question about the consent form I had to sign and she was very snarky. She said I had to check "yes, I allow the general public to view my information," which I didn't want to allow, and she argued with me and did not offer to take a second to explain, instead saying "i don't know why it says that, I didn't write it. This experience was amazing, having had many MRIs in the past, the newer machines were very large and so quiet. Nurse was AMAZING!
Very condescending when attempting to schedule an MRI.
