It was quick. Just walked in. No appointment. Spent no more than 20 Minutes.
This was by far the worst patient care experience we’ve ever had: My 84-year-old grandmother was scheduled for a bone density scan. When we arrived, we were told she could not have the test because she had taken her multivitamins and calcium. No one informed us when the appointment was scheduled that she needed to stop taking them beforehand. A simple instruction from the staff would have prevented an unnecessary trip.
