Total lack of care and understanding. They prolong "troubleshooting" until you are out of warranty and then tell you there is nothing they can do to help. My dogs are so confused by the yardmax fence. It shocks them sometimes when they leave the yard, sometimes when they return to the yard and occasionally they get shocked standing 10 feet away from the line. "Pet lovers" is an absolute lie from this company. I'm surprised my dogs weren't hit by a car before I gave up on this atrocious company. Bottom line is all that matter... read more
We purchased this system to contain two cats, in Denver Colorado. It worked for one cat, but not the other. James the technician was great to work with and after a year of upping the charge on the collar for the one cat and it is still not containing him, James suggested that perhaps we could get a partial refund. This is reasonable, we planned to continue to use the indoor products. I left an email for the company and the manager Jake called and was immediately combative.
