I had kendra. I asked for a pixie cut and showed her what I wanted. I literally had to stop her! she was cutting way too much and I told her I was ending up looking like a golden girl. Blanche to be specific. I absolutely hate it and I'm in tears. it was over a hundred dollars. I'll never go back. Don't say you can do it, if you can't! she tried to blame it on me!

She listens to what you need and always suggests just the right product or styling technique to keep you looking fabulous. She is patient with my kids when they come in with me and for their own appointments. She makes sure they are comfortable with the tools she uses and walks them through every step.
