I loved the whole staff especially Lynn, the receptionist. She is very compassionate and understanding of what you are facing and what is going to happen during your treatment. The techs Jaime, Belle & Ray explains what to look forward to. Dr Chen is very understanding and explains what's going to happen during the coming weeks. Would give 100 s if possible.
There are not enough words to describe how much Lynn, the receptionist extraordinaire, has made our experience better than we could have ever expected. Finding out a loved one has cancer is nothing short of terrifying. We walked in on day one scared and confused, and Lynn made us feel welcome, confident, comfortable, and ready to fight the good fight. I do not recommend Dr. Brunnhoelzl, during treatment related to radiation side effects. During my appointment, I felt that my concerns about ongoing symptoms were not taken seriously. I tried to discuss specific issues, but the doctor did not address my concerns. Sure enough a cough lead to a CT scan showing scarring that I never had before. This company and Dr Patel did a fine job in giving me the 10 radiation treatments needed. However, after paying the $500 deductible I was quoted, they billed me another $50. I called their office and explained that I paid all $500 for all 10 treatments. They explained that this bill was for the 1st visit when the treatment plan was created. I explained to them that I had already paid my annual out of pocket max for Fiscal Year 2024, so they needed to deal with my ins company. Dr. Vatsal Patel has been very straightforward and honest about my plan of care. I always feel that I will always be taken care of when under his care. You know that you are in good hands with him. That’s why I have so much anxiety that he is leaving. He is brilliant. He is very kind and efficient.
