Dr. To always carefully listens and provides knowledgeable care and instructions. Dr. Jacqueline To is an extraordinary doctor. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable immediately and responds to all your problems with outstanding advice. She helps you navigate the complex medical system by actively taking on the process of requests for medical records and referrals to doctors at Stanford and PAMF. She promptly answers e-mails and makes you feel she genuinely cares for you. The best doctor I have ever had!
