Bit of a long read, but for any potential patients I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and all the staff. I have been plagued with dental issues my whole life, some genetic and some caused by bad dental hygiene habits. I am ashamed and have never felt comfortable smiling at other people. After speaking with a different dentist that wanted to give me dentures and dismissed me at that being the only possible solution, I visited Radiant Smiles. This office is so accommodating from right when you walk in to the service provided by Dr. PATEL! She takes pride in her work (as everyone in the office does) and does an amazing job! Great office and staff! 100% recommend this beautiful office!
This dental office is the best! Dr. Patel is so gentle & professional. I just had 2 old crowns replaced with cavities under. Her assistant Emily was very gentle too. Michelle the dental hygienist is EXCELLENT!! She makes you feel special. Cyndi the insurance gal knows her stuff too. All the ladies here are friendly. Calming atmosphere. Highly recommend this office!!
Very very professional and sweet. Nice and warming environment
Showed up early with paperwork to do. The staff asked if I wanted paper copies or if I wanted to answer questions on my phone. After filling out paperwork on phone I was rather quickly escorted to a room for X-rays with explanations of what was happening all along. Then the dentist came in and explained any and all questions I had. After this I went to another room where they did more testing.
