Yesterday was my second appointment and my first hour long deep tissue massage. I went to Sydnie because I have herniated discs in my neck which does a number on the muscles in my neck and shoulders. It was amazing waking up this morning pain free and able to move. I would recommend Sydnie to anyone and have already scheduled my next appointment.

After my 5th massage with Sydnie, I can easily say that she's the best I've been to! I haven't experienced anyone else who can add find and take care of my trigger spots. I leave feeling relaxed and the effect lasts for weeks! I also like that she incorporates/offers (but doesn't push) new techniques and therapies. I look forward to years more of great massage!!

Sydnie is wonderful!! I'm going for my second swedish massage and taking my daughter for her first tomorrow morning. Sydnie is a joy to be around, you get a very relaxed, calm feeling just walking in the door :) Very highly recommended!
