I have had a wonderful experience with both Radiant and the staff. I have fibromyalgia and small fiber neuropathy that cause a lot of pain. The therapy through Radiant has taken that pain away and given me my life back. I am now able to get out of my house and do activities for the first time in over a year- with little to no pain. Radiant Pain Center has been a life saver for me. I have degenerative spine disease and really bad nerve pain in my hips, legs and feet. Prior to going to Radiant Pain Center I was using a walker and sometimes a wheelchair due to the terrible pain. I was on round the clock oxycodone to control the pain but it still was there. Scrambler therapy at Radiant has been the miracle I needed. Surgery and all types of injections did not provide relief and it felt as if my life was over. I spent my days and nights in a recliner with a heating pad. My physiatrist (an MD who specializes in physical medicine and rehab) provided a referral to Radiant and through their help, I got my life back! The care managers are well-trained technicians and problem solvers. They're also exceptionally kind and understanding.
I have a neuro disease CRPS — this place made it worse. The person doing the treatment is not even a medical professional and she had no idea what she was doing. After almost a week she still spiked my pain instead of getting it to 0 on machine. We demanded a refund and instead flew to Calmar Pain Relief Dr. D’Amato in Florida.
