Terrible service owner did not care or make it right got a cold water pedicure absolutely terrible
Came in this morning trying to relax… ended up with a live performance instead. My coffee wasn’t strong enough, but Karen’s voice? 10/10 had me wide awake real quick ☕️ Automatic 5 for the staff for having to deal with that level of volume and entitlement. If you’re gonna act like that in public, do everyone a favor stay home and do your own nails. Mine turned out cute though, Happy Spring
This place is great, however, I saw a horrid women in there with a thick Jersey accent who looked like a deranged woman, she gave the receptionist no time to work and spent a good 5 minutes yelling at what was a simple mistake, I believe she needs some type of help as she spent the time screaming like she was a deranged maniac. We are all people, she acted as if the receptionist working was disrespectful towards her while they were simple working to fix the issue that happened, instead of letting them resolve the issue calml... read more
Beonca is wonderful and detailed oriented.
Everyone there is so sweet and friendly, I had a great time!! My friend Denely came with me too she loved the service as well. I have to thank my nail tech Sofia for being so helpful and doing an AMAZING job on my nails I fell in love!!! Definitely will come back
