Radiant Mechanical installed a new gas valve on our boiler system around June 4th. Problems continued, trouble shooting was all over the place. After paying them $2075 the problem was not fixed, also they did not provide receipts for payments. We hired a new company and found out that Radiant Mechanical installed a gas valve for a 50,000 btu unit and ours unit is 200,000 btu. With the correct gas valve the problem is solved. I hired Radiant Mechanical to repair a leak in my main waterline. They came out, did some work, and assured me the problem was fixed. Three weeks later, I had a major leak in the exact same spot, even worse than before. I called them back and they sent a worker to inspect it. The worker claimed it was “a different issue.” I showed him clear photographic evidence proving it was the identical problem they were supposed to have fixed the first time.
