I tried reiki for the first time with Mindy and the experience was incredible. Mindy told me was to expect and said that I could talk about what I was experiencing or stay quiet. She put me instantly as ease. Once she started I felt relaxed and open. I’m sure it’s different for everyone but I felt colors and emotions that I needed to work through and in the end I felt peaceful. I would highly recommend working with Mindy! I can’t wait to go back!
