I can't count how many therapist's profiles I went through before I stumbled upon one that didn't sound totally generic, and I was pleased to find that my instincts about Tess were spot on. I'd had a couple therapists in the past, and I also interviewed a few along with Tess. But it was no contest (especially compared to the one who couldn't keep his eyes opened during the consultation!).
