Julia was amazing! I came in and she was able to help me get what I want with ease and no pressure at all! This is my first time shopping and it was absolutely phenomenal. I would come back to ask for her for all of my next purchases.
Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service (or lack thereof) for a business selling the types of items they do. After speaking to two other watch collectors I know, they've informed me of similar past negative experiences had and that they'll also never return. This truly is a shame, as one would expect much more in general, but especially for items purchased to mark a milestone that you'll have for the rest of your life and end up gifting to someone else in the future.
