Just picked up our 20th Anniversary wedding bands. They are absolutely gorgeous. Radiant custom made them and they turned out gorgeous. Great quality, pricing and service! Highly recommend them!
Service and staff were both excellent and friendly!
We had a bad experience in their Vaughanmills store, I wouldn't suggest this store as they don't have a return policy and for exchange you can just get a more expensive item and they are not going to pay you the difference if its cheaper, and if you choose to get a store credit they will give you a piece of paper that cannot even use on their online platform. Do yourself a favor just go somewhere else.
One star, because the ZERO is not an option!!! I bought a gift for my brother in law from this place. He had to go back to seek a solution to fix the size, when I heard the experience he had to go through, and the way he was treated, I was so embarrassed 😞.I felt horrible for my choice. I regret spending my time and money at this place, I will try harder to spend my hard earned money in a place that appreciates my business , not in an unprofessional place with very rude staff/managers. NOT COMING BACK, AGAIN
