We are a ISO and Nema licensed and certified electrical company in Brighton, MI and we had questions about transferring our radiant heater from natural gas to propane. My 1st time troubleshooting Radiant Tube Heater, found ignition box had failed. looked several parts houses not only pricing was outrageous lead time. At radiant energy pricing almost 1/2 their sales new exactly what I needed parts where in stock. Awesome to work with vendor who knows his or her job.
