I would not recommend this provider or clinic based on my experience. Initially I came due to the reviews/rating on google. First, the office itself feels very outdated. When I arrived, the front desk staff were polite and checked me in quickly, and the medical assistant who brought me back was very kind and welcoming. However, while sitting in the waiting area and even inside the exam room, I could clearly hear conversations from the other patient visits. Dr. Zhao was able to quickly assess and meet my needs for prescription refill to be added to my file. She also gave me a newer alternative that may prove useful down the road.
