This place is kicking out a family of 4 , with a baby due March 30th. Lease is up March 31st. Asked for an extension, they denied it. We really did like this place , but after all this non sense going on, my feelings have completely changed. They said that they are doing renovations on our apartment. There is no way. What a horrible way to live !! My mother is elderly , disabled and high risk . Her lease isn’t up yet and rent it paid .every month they have to come in for something and this last month every week they want to show her apartment during a pandemic . If you want to live with management pay rent and have them put your health at risk please come live here !
I have lived on many of their properties and love the staff. Their apartments are adorable and they always take care of my needs in a timely manner. I use the online system for maintenance and to pay my rent makes it so easy and if I have emergency I call after hours emergency number. I have never had any issues with getting in touch with anyone. I will continue to rent from them until I decide to purchase something.
