I wasn’t going to leave a review but in 2016 Dr.Jackson was my doctor. In my initial visit she was very rude to office staff. She asked me about the relationship with my children father. I told her that I didn’t want her opinion about my relationship. She became agitated with me because I didn’t want to talk about it with her. I called to get a refill on a prescription I had only been taking 3 months. The request was denied they said I had to come in. I asked the nurse when the next appointment was. Instead of booking an appointment with me she says you have to and make an appointment. I called left a message no one calls me back. Have to say this has been very frustrating and my health seems to be of no importance to this medical team.

I came to this office during my first pregnancy and currently back for my second baby. Love the staff. Friendly and professional. Even my hospital stay was an amazing experience. I have no complaints thus far.

I have been going to this doctor since I was 15 years old, more than half my life, and I have absolutely no complaints. The main doctor is usually busy with pregnant women, since that is her specialty, but I absolutely love every nurse practitioner she has in her office. They have a great bedside manner, They’re down to earth and understanding, and I have never once felt uncomfortable in her office. Dr Thai is amazing, very professional & listens i went to this clinic wanting to be seen by Dr Jackson, im glad she wasnt taking new patients & I ended up having Dr thai, delivered my son, cant thank her enough!
