So sad. I wanted to like this place so much. To begin no foot soak was added to water. Worst pedicure ever. I had to file my toe nails because they were so rough. That was a problem for me because I am recovering from a recent knee replacement. Not to mention on my way out she whispered something to one of the nail technicians and giggled. My and the technician’s eyes met and she lowered her head in embarrassment.
Jay did an amazing job and he’s so nice and funny!!
ANDY IS SO GOOOOOD , he will have conversations, attend and does an outstanding nails 10/10 every time!
Wish i could give zero stars!Jesus where do i begin?! I haven't had much luck with this place but decided against my better judgement to try again. Went in for a pedi and full set, pedicure was fine. Josh who did my nails was constantly stopping barking orders clearly stressed out which made me stressed out not a relaxing vibe what so ever had someone else finish.He rushed my nails not exactly what I wanted but here's the kicker..I noticed when she was polishing my toes with gel polish it had ran out. I came to radiance to get my toes done. They had just opened at 9. I walked in and the heavy set guy who does nails walked away after checking someone out. Then some other guy with curly hair who was doing nails just looked at me. MULTIPLE times. After standing there for about two minutes getting looked at, a white girl walked in and the curly hair guy said “hello! How can we help you” needless to say, I walked out and won’t be returning.
