Josefina and her team are awesome. I always feel very welcome and comfortable when I come in. They are very efficient but I never feel rushed. I've been really amazed by the results, and was glad to have Josefina really explain the process. She's upfront that results aren't guaranteed but I'm really glad I went for it, it's way better than I could have ever imagined. Always a pleasure to come in and I would recommend this place to everyone. Just all around a super positive and comfortable experience. ✨️
Been coming here for almost a year! Very pleased with the whole process as I’ve never done lasher hair removal before. Everything was throughly explained and I feel that Josefina sets realistic expectations for each clients concerns. I like that I can “pay as I go” and they have pretty flexible scheduling as well! I am an Indian female and have been coming to Josefina for over 10 years now, and am thoroughly satisfied with every visit. She and her team and knowledgeable, thorough, and very importantly, honest! Other folks say laser treatments work forever. This is not true, maintenance is required though the frequency with which you need laser treatments decreases after you have had a few sessions. Her space is clean, beautiful and the team is fun and kind!! Worth every dime!
