Josefina and her team are awesome. I always feel very welcome and comfortable when I come in. They are very efficient but I never feel rushed. I've been really amazed by the results, and was glad to have Josefina really explain the process. She's upfront that results aren't guaranteed but I'm really glad I went for it, it's way better than I could have ever imagined. Been coming here for almost a year! Very pleased with the whole process as I’ve never done lasher hair removal before.
