I have enjoyed working with Clay Oliver at the Radiance community several times! He is always kind, welcoming, respectful and helpful to my clients. He takes the time to physically go through the home with us, then he sits downs and runs multiple scenarios on his computer, so my clients know all the possibilities for the costs/fees of the home. If there are ever issues, questions or concerns during the buying process, he takes action right away to find a resolution! Clay is awesome 🤩
