We had a warranty issue. Teresa Rogerson and Zach Arancio were extremely helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly and efficiently.
Jaime Rivera did my 1 year warranty and he took care of everything for us. Great guy!!
UPDATED Unfortunately I have to update this review as I was incorrect about DR Horton standing behind their product. After the one year walk through their warranty reps have dropped the ball multiple times and refused to fix issues that have been reoccurring multiple times due to poor craftsmanship on their part. A large crack has appeared and reappeared multiple times in the exact same spot.
