Front desk staff Nancy (don’t recall her name ) she is extremely rude staff - arrogant and need training on how to talk with people. After many requests she said ok you need to rush and come now in 30 minutes as if she is doing a favor by scheduling time.

This woman had me and my wife thinking our 19 month old son was autistic when he really had an ear infection in both ears and wasn't able to hear properly for 2 months which led to him needing speech therapy. She has cataracts on her eyes and didn't even check my son's ears but told me she did. She literally lied as I stood there and watched her NOT put the instrument in his ear and then tell me he was okay. I wonder how many other parents who had kids with ear infections she told that it was temporary and nothing was wrong.... read more

Doctor Radhakrishna has been a key element in the complete care of our newborn daughter. She is thorough and kind, always ready to provide care for baby and tips for us first time parents! She also has great concern for the medical community in general and is always contributing to the profession and accepts many student interns, which I love to see. Thank you, doctor Radhakrishna! We look forward to our next visit.
