I found Dr. Reddy to be abrupt and I never felt like she actually listened to how I was feeling nor made an effort to understand. She would indicate the same reason for 3 years - the other symptoms I was feeling was because I was starting menopause. That was 6 years ago, waiting for it to hit still. I wish I felt like she actually cared about what I was going through and made an effort to determine what else other than my thyroid was not functioning properly.

I have been with Dr. Reddy for about three years. My experience has been nothing but positive. She and her staff are very thorough. Whenever I have problems with prescriptions they are right on it. That staff is very patient and accommodating. Since being with her I have seen a change in my health because of her help and recommendations. I also love that the office is very nice and clean. I would differently recommend her to someone else.

Wife and I have been Dr Reddy's patients for years and she is BY FAR the best doctor we have ever had for our diabetes. She is very thorough and has great "bedside" manners and is always available as is her PA and staff.

Been seeing Dr Reddy for 7 years. She totally changed my life. My GP doctor had me on meds that we’re not positive for my condition and hid the root cause of my condition. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ??

I was assigned Dr Reddy by my insurance. I read the reviews and was dreading my initial consultation and interaction with "the rude" office staff. My experience could not have been a more different than the negative reviews. Her staff was professional, courteous and attentive. Dr Reddy was very unrushed, explaining all procedures- addressing all of my concerns. I have seen her multiple times since and have had the same experience each time. She's worth the drive from Orange County!

This clinic is not patient friendly. They are all about them and not helping any patient that has extenuating circumstances. I would not recommend this clinic to anybody that has problems.

This is a horrible office. The staff is rude and inadequate. Dr. Reddy is rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Reddy's office is well run and she is up to date on the newest trends in her specialty.

Dr Reddy is amazing. She diagnosed me in one afternoon after years of seeing different doctors (an internist and another endocrinologist in Upland). The wait is long but she is worth it. Her staff isn't the friendliest or most professional but like I stated before, she is worth it!
