I’m writing regarding an unexpected parking fee that has appeared after I signed my lease. Approximately two weeks before signing, I received a welcome email from management explicitly stating that parking is included at no additional cost. This was one of the key factors in my decision to sign the lease. You will never hear the 20 yrs old ventilation fan during the tour, but in reality it’s on for at least 8 hours a day, if your neighbors have non-overlapping times then 16 hours max. It sounds like a washer basically, 7 days a week nonstop. I can’t help but laugh, there’s quite the year ahead as the office wont help in anyway. Definitely no more greystar’s for me.
Great place to live! Nice neighborhood, very nice staff and amenities. The community center and guest suite are really nice to have.
A male staff in the office rejected to give my package just because they are leaving before the office closing time.
