I had a great experience with the leasing office during my move-in. I had a very heavy mattress to move, and they kindly let me borrow a cart, which made a huge difference. Without it, getting the mattress all the way to my apartment would have been extremely difficult. They were very kind and helpful throughout the process, and I really appreciated the help. It made an exhausting move much easier.

You will never hear the 20 yrs old ventilation fan during the tour, but in reality it’s on for at least 8 hours a day, if your neighbors have non-overlapping times then 16 hours max. It sounds like a washer basically, 7 days a week nonstop. I can’t help but laugh, there’s quite the year ahead as the office wont help in anyway. Definitely no more greystar’s for me.

I’m writing regarding an unexpected parking fee that has appeared after I signed my lease. Approximately two weeks before signing, I received a welcome email from management explicitly stating that parking is included at no additional cost. This was one of the key factors in my decision to sign the lease.
