I had a very disappointing experience with Lena. My haircut was poorly done, with uneven sections and very noticeable scissor marks throughout. The result looks unprofessional, and I’m extremely unhappy with it. On top of that, water got into my ear during the hair wash. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of care or professionalism I expected.
I had such a great experience with Dom (Dominic)! I actually found him after noticing a gentleman with a great hairstyle who recommended Dom, and I’m so glad I took his advice. Dom was pleasant, professional, and I immediately felt like I was in safe hands. I waited to wash my hair and let it air-dry before reviewing, and I’m so happy with the result.
