I’m so thankful for RAD. After 2 years of fertility treatment elsewhere (do not want to call out the clinic) we felt like we were getting no where. Multiple rounds of times intercourse and IUIs, 3 miscarriages, and we started to feel hopeless. They kept telling us we don’t need ivf, we would get pregnant with IUI and just kept pushing IUI cycles after reoccurring losses. First & foremost I would like to say the doctor I dealt with & the coordinator were AMAZING. My problem came with the billing department. Michelle Ward is very unprofessional dismissive and just honestly doesn’t care in helping people. My appointment was September 17th and I get a message on the 16th saying that I have to pay $1600 upfront. I kindly replied is that what my insurance doesn’t cover? No answer.
