Can’t say enough kind words about this practice. We had an orthodontic emergency and we are from out of town. They fit us in and we’re super nice and caring. It was a relief to find a place that would care for us being that we not regular patients. The practice was easy to find and we parked right out front. We will go back to repair the braces which were damaged and causing such pain to my daughter. Dr. Radell is kind, honest and gentle. His office is safe and clean and the staff was very accommodating to help me reschedule my appointment. I highly recommend his practice!
The staff is so kind, and Dr. Radell is not only very knowledgeable but he put me totally at ease. I lost my retainer and this was one of the few places that would help me, since I had my braces done elsewhere. Dr. Radell was willing to help me when 8+ other places couldn't. Not only did they charge me less than my original ortho for a retainer, I even had to get a spring retainer (to hell shift back a few teeth that moved while I had no retainer) and it was cheaper.
