Horrible communication. I had to reach out multiple times to find out an answer regarding an apartment downtown. Caroline has not given a direct answer without being prompted, and I haven’t even heard back after a month of waiting on an apartment. Honest communication is key!

I was an eager applicant to one of their rental properties and am highly qualified as an applicant, despite this, trying to get in contact with the property manager was a nightmare and I was constantly ghosted during the process, and robbed of $35 for the application fee. If trying to get in touch with someone trying to get you to rent the place is that hard, I couldn't imagine how hard it would be to get in touch for maintenance or administrative needs.
