Recently a rental house I own in Tulsa was trashed by the renters who turned out to be druggies. The homeowners assoc. recommended I contact Tom Rada for help. There was need for massive repairs and fixup. Tom quickly repaired all the damage, painted the house inside and out. He also did needed upgrades to carpet, cabinets, and tile. Tom and Bill do a great job. Tom is more than reasonable on his estimates, and a professional. My father was in construction so I know a little about it and these guys are a credit to what they do! You can trust Rada s to do it right.
Be careful with this guy. He may not show up or pick up his phone when you call. Would not recommend this guy to anyone, make sure he actually wants to do the work.
Highly recommended. Hasnt been a job that wasnt completed in a timely manner. Never overcharges which is rare these days. Also, Tom Rada is not only a great hand-man, he also shares good Customer Service skills which hell apply even in busy times. I was very pleased with both the work quality as well as the range of capabilities that Mr. Rada has. He was prompt to respond, arrived right on time (actually was able to come earlier, but was kind enough to call -- just as hed said he would), and worked quickly and very precisely. Tom Rada is an amazing handyman. He can do everything and anything. He completely renovated the 1955 house I bought,new light fixtures, faucets, kitchen countertop, paint, etc. He is truly the best and I would recommend him very very highly.
Rada Handyman Service is the best in town. He is very prompt and courteous as well. Thats hard to find these days. He has redone an entire bathroom for us that turned out even better than I could have imagined. Other duties have included replacing doors, painting, working on my broken garage door along with building fences. If your looking for someone who knows what they are doing, arrives on time always and is very sincere and trustworthy, then you need to look no further. You need to call the Handyman Service.
Rada Handyman Service has tiled our bath floors, built a doghouse, painted rooms, rewired outlets, installed a new toilet, professionally laid in yard stepping stones, fence repair, and other work over the past several years.
