Have been a past tenant at 1 of their Niagara Falls property from 2020 - 2025 and the services provided was absolutely exceptional.
My daughters apartment building was sold and RPM took over the management of the building. The new owners are in the process of renovicting the tenants. Christine of RPM was very helpful, professional, and responsive to our needs and inquiries. She gave us ample time to move out and assisted with the disposal of items we were unable to take with us. Christine made a very difficult situation much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks again Christine.
