If i could go lower I would. This pathetic property management continues to improperly address a cockroach issue in one of their properties but have no issue spending money on "renovating" apartments once a tennant is gone.
I pay my rent every month on time and this company still won't repair the property. Just had some repair guy that doesn't know what he's doing. Mold in the house, water leaking, can't use the upstairs shower because it's leaking in the basement. Say there going to reglaze the tub and that was in June. Just a shotty maintenance company that just wants their rent and who cares about the tenants. Can't wait to get out of here.
I've posted on the Reviews before and it wasn't a very nice review but it was true! I explained how my daughter and granddaughter have been left in unsafe conditions due to lack of people not giving two hoots. Now they have left my daughter's bathroom for months with a disintegrating wall with black mold falling apart. Someone came and supposedly fixed the tiles but just put a band aid on it! Really good property management team. Work very professionally as well. Very co-operative people.
I stayed in a property managed by Radar for about 2 years in Hamilton. It was an absolute pleasure. Would definitely recommend.
