*Additional comment below* My Original Review: Very unprofessional. Significantly lack communication. Do not follow through on what they agreed to. No integrity. Have been "managing" the building for years and there are still significant ongoing issues in the building. Some issues (very few) are dealt with timely while others are not dealt with at all. They do not take care of the properties they "manage" which only creates worst problems. Ongoing issues include: cleanliness of common areas, pests, hydro, heat, AC, garbage d... read more
