The office administration seems to forget who their clientele consists of, because I have never ONCE corresponded with them by phone in such a way that made me believe that they could be compassionate or supportive. Also, they will bill you for any requests you make for YOUR MEDICAL information or to complete any forms related to your condition. You would think that cost would be a part of the insurance cost of being their patient, but it is not.
Run, and run while you can! Find yourself a Dr. and receptionist that gives you some respect!! You will not get a call back from Dr. Gharavi no matter how urgent. I am still waiting it's been 8 days, yes I said 8! Besides his lack of care for his patients, his receptionist is MISERABLE. If he has an opening for you, Run it's because everyone left his practice- he doesn't help or respect anyone! I feel so bad for his mental health patients who truly need help, they won't get it there.
It's obvious that Gharavi has more interest in promoting and selling his products to his patients, than he has in listening and treating his patients.
Absolute ZERO. Don’t waste your time or money here. You will not see a qualified physician. I’ve requested my calls be returned from Julia, nurse practitioner, not even a licensed doctor. She says, “ Call anytime!” Never returns any calls, nor does the Dr. Gharavi. Jeopardizing my employment. Rude staff, no follow up, keeps prescribing ridiculously priced meds I can’t afford. But was prompt to send a $285 bill which I was never made aware of, even with insurance. Their care is irresponsible/criminal.

Receptionist is very rude. I will not be back because I don’t need to be treated like garbage
Terrible costumer service recieptionist was extremely rude doctor did not listen to me and just started throwing drugs at me none of them worked horrible bed side maner why become a doctor if you don’t care about people
